According to the website of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the government will stop accepting applications for the caregiver permanent resident programs (the Caring for Children and Caring for People with High Medical Needs) starting November 29, 2019. So, if you have not gained two years of full-time work experience as a caregiver before this date, you will no longer be eligible to apply for permanent residency in Canada.
